HIIT Yoga

Combine the stability and ease yoga brings to your body with interval training. This class will get your heart pumping, get you moving, tone, and strengthen. Start and end with a short yoga flow and relaxation, but the heart of the class is to spark your inner fire. Go as fast or as slow as you need. Modifications will be presented. All levels are welcome!
