Shaolin Kempo Workout

Shaolin Kempo is a martial art derived from traditional Japanese arts with strong influences from China, Korea, and also the Philippines. The lineage is traced back from Asia through the Hawaiian Islands and eventually makes its way to the mainland United States through U.S. Servicemen stationed in Hawaii. Kempo is an interesting style as it demonstrates how different cultures can learn and benefit from study and integration. The Shaolin Kempo workout at High Mountain Hall is currently for advanced students looking to further their exploration and practice in Kempo. Students of American Kempo, Kajukenbo, and other variations of Kempo are welcome to join us.
