Sacred Stretch

please join kimberly and james for this fabulous class that integrates focus on the breath, stretching, strength, lengthening, mobility and toning. * improve your range of motion and flexibility • relieve muscle tension • keep muscles flexible, which help your posture and balance • lengthen muscles and increase range of motion • help prevent muscle and joint injuries by elongating and relaxing muscles • flush lactic acid out of your muscles. * imbalances become corrected and overall efficiency increases as each class comes to a close, you will experience a deeply relaxing and nurturing guided meditation.

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is designed to blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. We will be using weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength. It is a fun and effective way to get both the cardio and strength-training aspects that we look for in a workout.

Session or card fee: Half hour toning class punch card- 40$ for 10 classes.
