Align & Shine is the lovechild of yoga, pilates and aerobics. Based on Mirja's 20 years of experience teaching and studying fitness, each class combines core, strength, and cardio, with deep relaxation and breathwork, leaving you aligned and rejuvenated.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that features variations on classic Latin dances such as salsa, cumbia and merengue with a more current spin and faster beats including reggaeton, pop and more. This class is appropriate for all levels. Choreography is broken down and cued, so that every student will feel successful, get fantastic workout and have fun!

Time: Sundays 3:15 to 4:15pm. Class will be cancelled on Feb 19th and Feb 26th with two make up classes on the corresponding Fridays (see below).
Make up classes: Friday, Feb 17th at 5:15pm and Friday, Feb 24th at 3:00pm.

Aerobics is back! This fast paced aerobic class will give you a good cardio workout while learning fun, easy to pick up dance moves! The cool down will consist of a 10 minute stretch routine.
This is a cardio fitness class using light weight (1 lb. to 2 lb. ) to tone, strengthen and sculpt your body. Emphasis on form, core strength, balance, and proper use of weights in movement.
The focus of this class is to create lean muscle mass through the use of hand weights. In just a few weeks you will notice a difference in how you look and feel. I emphasize developing balance and control through the strengthening of the small stabilizing muscles and increased core strength.
