A.B.S. All Body Sculpt

A 45 minute workout with a focus on core strength and balance with other body parts thrown in for fun. You’ll feel the burn but will not require a shower to return to work. Lunch break will never be the same.

Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:00 – 12:45pm (Returning in November)

Called by some as "mindfulness in motion", SACRED SWEAT brings sweat, strength, joy, laughter, questioning of your perceived limitations, hip shaking, thought provoking, earth quaking fun to your life.... it is truly a gift you give yourself. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING YOU JOIN US!

Zumba

Zumba® fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do. Our goal is simple: We want people to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. By integrating Zumba® into everyday life individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, and body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is designed to blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. We will be using weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength. It is a fun and effective way to get both the cardio and strength-training aspects that we look for in a workout.

Drop In fee: $5 for half hour class, $10 for hour class

Session or card fee: half hour punch card $30 for 10 classes, one hour classes $40 for a 5 class punch card, $72 for a 10 class punch card or $72 for an unlimited class one month pass (honored at all locations except the YMCA)

Times: Tuesday 7:15 – 8:15 pm and Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:00pm
