5Rhythms is a workout for body and soul. This weekly class alternates between a guided group practice (GP) with exercises and teachings to deepen our fundamental understanding of 5Rhythms and very lightly facilitated sessions “Sweat Your Prayers” (SYP), which are a chance to just dance deep in the practice of 5Rhythms together. We alternate these two offerings so that we have both the chance to learn and the chance to apply our body wisdom and practice movement as spiritual practice together. Come experience the fullness of movement as meditation.
A 1 hour power practice of 5Rhythms. Start your week off with a session that will align your whole being – body and soul. We begin with a body parts meditation and then move through the 5Rhythms – Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Each class is a powerful movement meditation with great music – a chance to fully move and breathe and be. Come where you are, leave inspired, invigorated and peaceful!

Level of Difficulty: Anyone, of any age, size or physical ability can participate – no dance experience necessary.
This class will teach basic technique including strong, controlled legwork of ballet with modern dance's stress on the torso, it will employ contract-release work, fall and recovery, and will encourage free and expressive styles of dancing.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that features variations on classic Latin dances such as salsa, cumbia and merengue with a more current spin and faster beats including reggaeton, pop and more. This class is appropriate for all levels. Choreography is broken down and cued, so that every student will feel successful, get fantastic workout and have fun!

Time: Sundays 3:15 to 4:15pm. Class will be cancelled on Feb 19th and Feb 26th with two make up classes on the corresponding Fridays (see below).

Aerobics is back! This fast paced aerobic class will give you a good cardio workout while learning fun, easy to pick up dance moves! The cool down will consist of a 10 minute stretch routine.
